Orders are processed within 3–6 business days after payment confirmation.Custom or bulk orders may take additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Time 
Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
Non-metro / remote areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Packaging & Handling
All candles are carefully packed using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.Despite careful packaging, candles are fragile items and minor imperfections due to shipping conditions may occur.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS (as applicable).

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at 91-7506494088 In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with a resolution.

8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.BSB Candle Craft Works is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
